Anyone use this brand on D17 series 4 it is thicker than original, nuts just barely clear casting and nuts for carb are a tight fit too I almost got out the die grinder to make more room just wondering if other aftermarket manifolds fit better?

It's been years since I have installed an aftermarket manifold on one of those engines, but never had that problem.

Be glad there is extra material and only remove what needs removed..!!
The wider, larger manifold bosses were a good improvement over the WD...

I installed one on my 1957 TO-35 Ferguson gas engine tractor,

yes, it has a little more meat on the casting than the original,

I had to grind down a cheap socket, and bend a cheap wrench to finally get everything installed, but it worked fine.

old tractor runs great,

at least this company still makes them,
