1938 WC, serial # 72047, need help on how to wire up a kill switch on the Fairbanks Morse RV4B magneto. My mag has a ground terminal on it and my question is, " Can I run a wire from this ground terminal to a single pole switch that is grounded to the frame? Never worked on one of these before and want to make sure I get it right as I assume I will need some way to be able to shut this tractor off".
tractor has been in my wife's family since it was bought and restoring it for my father in law. Hasn't run since 1963 and just ready to put the mag on and see if it will run after an overhaul.
