Gleaner E Carb

I recently came home with a carb off an E Gleaner combine. I's a Marvel and I was told that it should handle the 250 cid engine I was putting it on. As I was leaving the guy I got it from screwed a fitting into the bottom stating it was the main jet and needed it. When I was reassembling it after cleaning I wasn't sure how far to screw out the needle. This one has the jet and needle in the same fitting and comes out as a unit when removing it. Any idea what these usually set at? I opened it at 2 turns but had no real idea. Thanks, gm

E Gleaner engine is a 226, same as the WD45. Per Op manual, full setting is approximately 1 1/4 turns open on the WD45. So upping that a bit for a 250 should be a good starting point.
