brake locked while using my B

I did a dumb thing today, accidentally leaving the right brake locked on my Allis B while in second gear for 5-6 minutes. By the time I realized what I'd done, there were a few wisps of smoke coming up from the brake housing.

Holding/stopping power is definitely less now. I'm guessing I've created a glaze on the shoes. Short of taking everything apart on the right brake assembly, does anyone have any suggestions?

I'd been planning to change the adjustment on the tensioning screw as the right brake wasn't grabbing as well as the left, and the pedal was also depressing farther than the right. The brake shoes aren't that old, 6 or 7 years, and the tractor doesn't see lots of hard use.

Adjust it up and it will be alright. I doubt you did much damage to the linings. They never have been real lock up tight brakes without extreme pressure compared to a lot of tractors.
