Not enough info there...

Could be a throw-out-bearing, bad pressure-plate or loose/broken lining on the clutch-plate...

It has a new clutch, pressure plate, and throwout bearing.

Were the "Fingers" on the Pressure Plate adjustable..?
Could be one was off a little, if it does..

You weren't mowing up & down a very steep hill, leaving it in gear and releasing the clutch letting it roll back down the hill, were you? That can oper-speed a clutch so much that it can tear the facing apart and throw segments off.

what condition was the pilot bushing? Did you lube it during assembly ?
