All the 200's and 185's that came through the dealership where I worked had both. I assumed it was standard by then, but maybe it was just the way they were ordered.
It's easy to tell by looking at the back end of the tractor. If the PTO is a stub shaft with a flange, with capscrews around the perimeter, then it's two speed.
 
You could get the 540/1000 without a hydraulic clutch also. I know this because my 200 has a mechanical clutch with a 2 speed pto. Most people that got the 2 speed also spent the extra money for the hydrsulic clutch.
