Issues with my WD hand clutch. The silver metal plate that attaches to the back half disk of the hand clutch is not attached which allows the hand clutch assembly to spin without turning the rear end of the tractor. It looks like there are supposed to be about 4 rivets that hold these 2 parts together. None are there. How do I repair this? What are the missing parts? Does anybody have a good schematic available? Thanks for any help here!
