Last fall pump failed to lift. Rebuilt pump installed it, started tractor let out clutch,the pump pressured up without raising control lever. Shut tractor off when pump started to chatter. It acts as if the bypass is not working. Bought a used pump and it did the same thing. Is this a common problem?
