I have a wd allis. The seals between the hydraulic and rear end are out of it. Im wondering can I drain it and just run hydraulic in the whole system? The rear end would be over full but I dont think it would be an issue. Aslo the hydraulic pump does absolutely nothing. How hard is it to remove the pressure control valve? I have reason to think its stuck. thanks.

I have had universal transdraulic fluid in my WD45 for over 30 years with no problem. You could tie the 2 compartments together with a pipe tee and close nipple in each drain hole and run a hose between to keep the level even.
I think the valve will come off easily. You may need to replace an o-ring to put it back on.
It is possible the traction boost linkage is stuck, making the pump work all the time.
