allis b low to no oil pressure

I have a 1952 allis B. rebuilt the engine due to damage from no oil pressure. replaced pressure relief spring and BB in pump (seat looks good) and still only 10 lbs oil pressure. any Ideas?

Do you have the correct oil filter on it. They get pressure by a filter that restricts flow so the wrong filter will cause lack of oil pressure. Or the tube that goes up into the filter maybe missing and that will cause it also

maximum pressure is about 15 psi. You could be a little low if you have filter or tube problems as mentioned, or if the pump body face is rough, or too much clearance between the impeller and body ( just a couple thousandths), or if the spring / plug at the end of the cam shaft is not setting right......... in the end, 10 PSI is not too bad !! What weight oil you using ?
