Seems like the mag is getting hot and she starts missing, back firing, then stalls.
This is after mowing for an hour today.
I don`t know what to do any more with this tractor.
New radiator,pump, the engine runs cool enough, never reaching the green on the indicator.
She has good oil pressure too.
The tractor has been doing the same manure for 20 years, and I even replaced the mag last year onto it.
 
It might be as simple as needed the valves adjusted. Over time they do tend to loose the gap so when hot you end up with a valve or 2 that do not close as they should

Well, that is one thing I have not addressed...
Do you know what the valve lash is?

First I need to get a new valve cover gasket before I pull the cover off.
I just bought a new gasket right here...on yesterday`s tractors for
$20 :D
