in the process of converting my b to electric - my dad will like it. I have removed the existing clutch and purchase a used clutch with the ring gear. The number stamped in the flywheel is AM 22921 5. I compared the diameters and the ring gear flywheel looks like ( from the mark on the flywheel) it is 8.5 " diameter.... the exising one is 9". does that wound right? I assume ( bad word) I need a new pressure plate and clutch disk ? The bronze bushing in the middle is the same - I that something I should replace? do you guys get the flywheel refaced while it is off?

thanks a ton for your help!

Yes, You are correct. You need all 3 parts and 8 1/2" diameter is correct.
I don't know where you are at but I have an extra preasure plate and maybe a clutch plate, Shipping could get expensive. Bob

See if they will mgo ion a U S POSTAL priority box and the weight does not matter only the size of the box. I got the ring gear and all for mine for less than $15. 8 years ago. Good luck Amo

I am in southern Indiana...

Sounds like you know the "score ' with the clutches. I do not find a pilot bearing ( there is a bronze bushing - good shape - pressed into the flywheel) ? read something about an oil wick - what is that.

If you are intersted in selling your parts let me know.

THANKS
