valve cover bolt gromets?

I pulled the valve cover o0ff of the CA, to check the valve lash, and didn't remove any rubber grommets under the hold down nuts. just had flat washers. When morning comes, I expect to call Welters, and get two on their way here. I want a spare, being as they also look the same, as on my C and B tractors. Do these little engines use grommets to seal around the valve cover studs? I know they were included in a gasket set, for my WD45.

Yes they had the rubber washers followed by a flat then the nut. Having manged to lose them in the past I found that there are several substitutes at the hardware store that work well. One is faucet washers but sometimes the ones with holes large enough are hard to find, if so proceed to the electrical stuff and find the grommets used to protect wires when passing through a hole. Either will work, I have used both. If you need a valve cover gasket they come with them and problem solved.

Thanks guys! If they are not included, then I will try to find a substitute. You all have a good week!
