Another WD question

I finally got her to fartin and snortin on her own power. Tried to move it but she wouldn't stand for that. Its got bad plugs, wires, and the carb needs cleaned out.

Thing is,
I couldn't get the gas lever to go down but 1/2 the quadrant, How come?? Going down just that far didn't cause her to romp up at all.

Check all the linkage and make sure it is free to move as it should. Had that problem on a WD45 I have and had to put a bunch of ATF on the linkage to free things up

I am also betting you have a spot in the linkage that is froze up. Look where the throttle linkage makes the transition from the quadrant to the straight on the throttle rod. These are the most likely spots to have them freeze up. Good Luck! Any questions feel free to ask.
