190XT diesel in oil

I recently had my Roosa Master injector pump rebuilt on my 1966 AC 190XT 2900. I now have diesel getting into my oil pan and leaking from the front of oil pan from overflow. No wet diesel on or underside of rebuilt injector pump. I checked my oil dip stick and it has oil and diesel mixture. Sounds like a seal gone bad somewhere. I would appreciate input and advice. Thank You.

Sounds like the bonnet seals are leaking on the pump drive shaft. Did you install the pump yourself? Chances are the seals were installed wrong or damaged during installation. They run against a bronze bushing in the pump housing which the pump shop should have replaced during rebuild. These bushings wear also.

When you install that pump you need a special tool or you can mess up the seal. Learned that the hard way on a 190XT I had

Sure sounds like the rear seal is rolled over. Best way to know on installation, if pump slides over the seals easy they are OK, if the pump slides on hard the rear one is folded over. When the tube is over both seals I slide the pump back and forth to verify all is well.

A retired master mechanic installed,a friend of mine, who I trusted, installed the injector pump. Issues going on in his life I won"t go there on this forum. He also replaced seals to fix hydralic leak on front PTO shaft and my PTO no longer engages. I won"t have him working on anything else for me. I appreciate all who have replied. I checked the engine oil dip stick and diesel is leaking into the oil then seeping out of oil pan. Engine oil pan appears to be full of diesel and oil.

Any diesel shop should have one and the cost is like around $5 or so. The shop that rebuilt the pump for me gave me the tool but then it did cost me around $800 to have the pump rebuilt
