B head - sorry for al the questions

My B has a head that has been brazed up front by the radiator mount. Not a pretty braze. What would be better - to buy a headthat has been magnafluxed and valve job for $300 or buy a good used head and have it inspected and valve job - not sure how expensive a valve job is?

Real hard to say how much a valve job would cost that all depends on the head it self. O have seen some that cost a guy more then the head is worth.
