allis 6080 lift arms wont raise?

I have a 6080 that the lift arms wont raise up on, they did about a month ago, now they wont..... any ideas appreciated.

Had the same thing happen to my 6060, after about five minutes it started working. I think it lost it's prime, been good ever since. I did move the position lever a few times in the process. HTH's Lee
