D-14 Hydrolics question

I have a 57 D-14, and last year I replaced the seal on the internal ram after the rear end oil had started overflowing and the Hydro fluid kept going down. The arms were bleeding down, and for a little while they stopped, but now they are bleeding down again only no fluid is being lost or gained. has any one else had this problem? What did you find? Thanks
Eric
