1966 Allis Chalmers Big Ten Spark Plug

Hey buddy Try a J8C champion I have been fooling around with these old Briggs engines a lot over the years. If I ain't badly mistaking that is the right plug for it. I think lower your number the hotter the plug, and those old engines don't have a lot of RPM's, so they need some heat to keep them from fouling up.

Book says Champion CJ8 is stock. Gap is .03". Not sure what one would consider low engine RPM. They were set at 3,600 rpm.
