HD3 pins and bushings?

Forum Members,
Anyone know the size of pins and bushings on an '65 HD3 Allis crawler? Of course this was the last thing noticed on the '65 that may need repair. According to the charts the track is quite worn out. Any thoughts on band aid solutions to a crawler that will be used intermittently? Track tightening was suggested by a friend.

The pins and bushing came in two different sizes.
The only way to know for sure is to measure what
you have. The later tracks have 1 1/4" OD pins.

Cheapest fix (maybe) is to find a good set of
tracks from an H3, HD3, H4, HD4, or 653.

If you don't use it much - why not just tighten
the track and use as-is? Or if the bushings are
not broken through yet - you can get the pins and
bushing turned half-way around to get the tracks
back near to their old size (if not turned
already).
