D-10, i40 or i400 clutch question

I have an industrial d-10 backhoe with loader. The clutch does not engage until you take your foot off the pedal completely. Is there any kind of adjustment in the linkage or on the clutch disk at all? I remember reading something about WD hand clutches having shims you could take out. I want to sell this, and am thinking it would bring more if someone did not have to split the tractor and put a clutch in it. Thanks, Rob

The clutch rod is threaded and screws into the release bearing yoke. Disconnect the rod from the clutch peddle and you can turn the rod to adjust the clutch. There could be other problems besides the adjustment.
