WD 3rd gear

Having trouble getting Big Allis in 3rd gear. Others go in easy but when I try 3rd it's like something is blocking it. Any ideas???

I've always found 3rd to be the hardest to get into. I usually wind up catching 1st a couple extra times.

Both of my WD's are hard to get into 3rd gear. I've found that if I put it into 4th and then slide it forward into 3rd it seems to help. But sometimes I just can't find 3rd and I have to drive a ways in another gear and then try again.
