7000 tach

Have a 7000 allis tach works off and on does anyone know how to fix it thought it was a cable type but took some panels off and realized its electric dont know what it takes to fix it any help would be great

try running a good gorund wire right to the back of the tach.

I think that's like the 6000 series. Look for a loose connection on the alternator.

Remove and clean the three prong plug on the alternator.
