where to buy wd rear rims

My father in law is 86 and has a wd. I was talking to him on the phone . he is having trouble finding rear rims for his wd. My Mother in law wants him to sell it, .I'll need to drive the 4 hrs rt to check the sizes & talk some pictures.. He's on oxygen & the weather has been tough on him, any ideas on where to find them and ballpark prices used/new?.Thanks in advance. John

Miller Tire would have them, I think the size is 10 X 28, power
adjust Rims. My guess is $300/rim maybe a little more, +
shipping.

Where are you located or where is the tractor? I have a WD and a 45 in my parts yard that still has the rears on them. I can check condition if distance is not a killer. 662/231/1958

Where are you located? I have bought Allis parts from a fella here in Southern Minnesota that deals only with Allis parts. He buys and sells AC and Gleaner equipment, both new and used parts. Good guy to deal with. He stocks a lot of parts. Let me know it you want more info. Maybe Minnesota is too far away for you. Good luck.

If he doesn't need the spin outs he can use a couple of wheels and tires from any older JD, IH, or other makes of self propelled combine. They are generally 26 inch instead of 28 but work just fine. They are eight hole so bolt right on.

I have a set from a I600. It was built on a D15 chassis. Non adjustable. Has bad tires on them but the rims are good. They are free if you take the tires too. My phone number 17346523327. Call if you can use them.

I have dealt with a fella here in Southern Minnesota by Sleepy Eye. His name is Steve Fischer. He buys/sell/trades and has replacements parts on his farm. He has a huge inventory of parts in his hayloft of an old dairy barn. Great guy to deal with. He also has a lot of Gleaner combines for parts too. Jason, it was good talking to you .I appreciate the call. I spoke to my father in law . Its a 48 wd he says runs w/ narrow front, he said it had race rims on the rear? ( if I heard him correctly)he gave the ploy,disk etc to his brother in law.he wants me to take pics to show you . Hope to in the next couole of weeks.thanks again, john
