while our D17 was clearing the snow it looks like the other tractors got a little bit buried. I guess that's just life up here in Minnesota. that's a D19(only the back end buried), a CA (only the front end buried), and a D14(only seen by its muffler). its going to be quite the chore getting them out

Shoot getting them out is easy just wait till say May or June and they should be nice and snow cleaned. Or you might be able to just hook on to them and pull them out

You just need to build more sheds. Yes in some areas that can be a big problem dealing with the Gov red tape. I have to many tractor and mother nature did not like the roof on one of my sheds so one of these days I need to put the rood back on it

This winter has been the worst. I agree with OLD and pull them out. Get them out now before the snow melts and runs into the engine and transmission.

I would love to see you attempt to fire up that D19 in that cold. I'm sure she would not want to flex her muscles at all in that cold. D19 is one of my favorite tractors of all time.

And I suppose you're going to send all that snow melt run-off down the river at once to we Iowaegians. We already have plenty of our own snow to melt and with it having been such a cold winter, the frost probably won't be out of the ground at snow melt time so there could be lots of run-off this spring. If there's early spring rains at the same time we sure could see some flooding. So could Missouri and Illinois.

You are being mean to that 19, get it inside. I sure like running mine on the big round baler. Only thing it lacked was a cab with air in the summer.

One thing to consider is servicing all dipstick and uprite plugs (the two atop the rear for differential) when you refresh all fluids in the spring. Like the filler plug with built-in vent on the D-Series PS at the front bolster, these caps need to be cleaned as they fill with dust and get plugged off. I just fully serviced my D19D and cleaned the dipsticks and diff plugs as all were plugged solid. I clean mine by pushing something small through the vent hole without disturbing the wire mesh, soaking in gasoline overnight, then final cleanup with brake cleaner and blow out with compressed air. Cases need to vent and I tape mine off with duct tape when washing as once clean, they can also allow water in via the plugs/dipsticks.
