Was wondering what everyone was doing to make pulling tractors out of C"s. already overbored to 3 7/16 but what else makes the most power.

Rework the head for more compression and better air flow on the lower cost side. Up the dollar chain would be a special ground camshaft and next a stroked crankshaft. A four inch stroke will fit without doing much grinding of the block. It all depends what kind of money you care to spend.

Thanks Dick. I'm actually from your area and distantly related to your cousin cork. I live between auburn and butler and used to pull with you a lot at auburn Harlan defiance Montpelier and all the other local events. I'm bob youngs grandson.

Will do. Hope economy allows the sport to continue on and hope some more younger guys get into it so it can grow. Thanks for the info I won't pull against any division 1 tractors knowing that I'm not bone stock. Thanks again.
