Can anyone tell me the specification for the N62 engine. I have measurements of the bore 2.382. Need to know if I can reuse original pistons and just get rings or do I need to order larger pistons and ring kit? I have measurements for crank also, but don't know what size it is suppose to be.

bore is 2.376 you are ok to use your pistons and std rings. if under .010 you don't need to rebore.
the mains are 1.999 - 2.000 with .0015 - .002 clearance, replace at .004.
Look on the back side of your old bearings and it should show you whether they are std or oversize.
I just redid my 2nd G and the bearings were 20 over but right on spec. The bore was .006 ove so I just used new pistons. It runs great. LOL Bob
