A whole lot depends on why the engine is locked up. If it has gotten rain water in the engine then yes the engine is likely to be needing a rebuild but what I saw if parted out would bring twice the asking price if you can handle selling things a little at a time. Now if it is locked up due to sitting good chance a ATF treatment will fix it

Well the owner got sick 10 years ago And so he parked it, but there looks to be atleast a can covering the exhaust so iam hoping its a soft lock

A number of years ago I picked up a Farmall H that we had to cut a tree away from it to pull it out of where it was. The guy said it had sat there for at least 10 years that the knew of. It had a can over the exhaust. We loaded it up and took off. I filled the cylinders with ATF before I unloaded it. And in less then 48 hours the engine was freed up and running

Before you determine a price, determine if it really is a WD45, by serial number. 146,607 or above. Loader might be worth a couple hundred bucks, but I bought a loose WD45 a few years ago for $500.

Good rubber on the back.

That loader will lift a whole Beef when butchering.

Might have 14.9x28" (old 13x28 size)..

Ron.
