7030 Hyd clutch pressure

I'm having trouble moving my 7030 Allis. I can get it to move after playing with it. I put a pressure guage on the power director Transmission. The pressure at the regulating valve reads 145-150psi all the time except at idle. It should read around 200psi. I can put shims in to the pressure regulating valve to get to 200psi or do I need to look more closely at my Gerotor pump? My other Hydraulics, like moving hydraulic cylinders work fine. But when I look at the site glass for the oil in the rear end when the tractor is running it is all full of little air bubbles. The oil turns almost white. Last summer I dumped all the rear end oil and filters and put new in. Thinking I might have some water in the oil. I still get the bubbles and the tractor is still hard to move. Where do I start, shims first or put in a different pump? Thank you and have a great day.

change pd filter. the one under radiator. add shims. put in high gear and high range hold brakes and try to slip torque limiter

Hello. You are right. I forgot about the Dipstick under the seat. I will check it out. Last July it was full when I put new oil in. I chopped 10 acres of cornstalks for bayling. Once I got going I did not stop. Hi and low worked good when I was working at pto speed. I never tried it at low idle, was afraid I would hurt something. If the oil on the trans dipstick is OK I will put some shims in. Sometime in January I will have time to put shims in. Next time I start it I will check if it will shift from low to high at idle. Thank you and have a good day.

about to years ago our 7030 was acting similar to what you explain thought it would be expensive brother in law was going to probably split the tractor we thought but he figured out the clutch pedal cable was fraying inside its sheath and not allowing the cable to slide back and forth fully 100$ cable and some shop time that was a good day before we realized this every thing worked fine except it acted like the clutch was slipping more every time we used it tractor sat over a year who would a thunked
