allis d15 series II pops out of gear

My allis pops out of 3rd gear and I have noticed when I have it in neutral on the splitter and in gear it will slowly move. This suggests to me that it is out of adjustment. How do I adjust my splitter. And will this help with the popping out of gear? Also the transmission is rather noisy when the clutch is engaged. Any pointers. Thanks

It's a Power director clutch, not a splitter. Some creep is acceptable. As for the gear pop out, there are those who say some of the problem can be fixed with shifter rail rebuild, by adding some metal to the rails, and shifter ball end. Most of the time It's a lot of wear on 3rd gear. You can take the side panel off the tranny, beside your right heel, to get a look or feel at the gear.
