Hydraulic fluid on old AC

What kind of hydraulic fluid should be used on a CA? We flushed it, had new seals put in the rams new lines. Is there any kind of (Lucas) conditioner that may be used? Thanks

If I remember right A/C called for 20W non-detergent oil back when it was made but any good UTF works just fine like the 303 fluid sold at many farm and home stores or O'Reilly's

UTF is Universal Tractor fluid... or Hydraulic- transmission fluid... Hy Trans is a specific brand... all will work good.

Since New, my WD-45 has had same oil in the Hydrolic System as in the Engine, same for many others around here and they are just fine..

Allis B, C, & CA hydraulics use oil from the trans/diff. Any oil similar to Hy Trans that is marked with both Hyd-Gear oil is okay.
A bit of irony, the pump on B & C is a 2 plunger unit, but CA uses the 4 plunger pump same as WD & 45.
