Reel paddles or poly fingers

I have a 13 ft Hiniker head on my F. Have the wood with steel pick up fingers. Has anyone ran the "paddles" on the steel fingers? And has anyone put the poly fingers on? Which is the beat way steel fingers, steel fingers with paddles or poly fingers? Will be running mostly soys and blacks. Thanks for any input.

I converted one to poly fingers. One nice thing about them over steel is if an occasional large rock pushes up the FCB far enough for the reel to catch, it"ll cut the finger rather than break a section with the steel tooth.
