Freeman model 32 loader on a CA

Just picked up a Freeman model 32 loader that was mounted on a CA. I"m going to mount it on my CA and my question is where is the best place to connect the return hydraulic line to the system? The guy I bought it from had it connected to the side of the hydraulic filler neck. My filler neck doesn"t have that provision. Maybe he drilled and tapped it? Also want to convert the trip bucket to hydraulic. Any tips on the hydraulics would be appreciated. Thanks, CA Ron

I don"t know the 32 loader, but if it is a trip bucket, aren"t the lift cyl one-way, and the loader runs only a single hose?

That is a trip bucket loader with one way cylinders. It should be hooked up to the aux Hyd port. it"s right under the seat sticking up through the platform. controlled by the factory hyd lever. If your planning on running two way hydraulics you will need to manufacture it yourself. The hydraulic fill port can be unscrewed form the transmition and a T put in its place.

I"m going to install the loader on my tractor just as I bought it for now and maybe later convert it to 2-way hydraulics & rams on the bucket. Can the return oil of the loader go back in the same port under the seat as it comes out? Here"s pics of how the previous owner had it hooked up. Thanks.

That second hose looks like its connected to a transport valve. I don"t know why it would be there. It looks like a ball valve was added to stop return flow. The loader should go down with the lift lever returned to the bottom.
