grader blade stuck wont advance

Never barrow machinery, we know, but we needed to fix our ranch roads that were washed away in floods. So we have a 1958ish manual blade which was doing good until the blade got stuck and will not advance. It would rotate back. Now the pump is getting stuck and burning. So its shut down in middle of road.

Mike do not understand what you mean by not advance? or manual blade and the hyd pump is burning? Is the turntable geardriven or hydraulic motor driven? My Motorgrader sometimes when it digs too much in the ditch it gets stuck so I have to lift it up and place the otherside down then move the grader front or back depending on the situation. The turntable binds on the guides and hyd motor so once I get it unbinded it starts to work normally. do not know if this is what you mean. One more thing it is alot easier to remove a little bit out of the bar ditches at a time than to fix a broken arm or cylindar when you hit something hard or worse cut the elec or phone line. # is 5054704638
