175 diesel value

Acquired a 175 with the 248 Perkins diesel. Sheet metal pretty straight and tires ok. Had a nice big hole in the block when I got it. Guy didn"t think oil was all that necessary I guess. Am in the process of putting another engine together. Will be all rebuilt when finished. Any ideas what it will be worth once I get her running? I don"t do a whole lot with orange so am a little in the dark as to what one like this will bring. Thanks for any input.

Simple, but profound observation!
I found a low houred, nice original WD45, so I bought it. Then I put new rear tires and rims on it to the tune of about $1800. Won't say how much I paid for it.

To get a good idea, go on to tractorhouse and see all the 175's for sale--and since you should have the "crophustler" or late model with the 248 Perkins make sure you compare the right years.
