I have a 1944 Allis Model C. This tractor was restored a few years ago and sold to me last summer. According to the original owner the engine had a full restoration so forth. Since then it has just been a show tractor with minimal use. Now that I"m actually using the tractor on the daily basis I"ve noticed a slight oil leak coming from the front two spark plugs. Tractor runs excellent with lots of power, but I don"t want to let this issue go. There enough of a leak that you notice a slight stream of oil running down the side of the block. I removed the spark plugs and hex portion of the spark plug had wet oil on the underside. What could have caused this? I have a complete top end engine gasket set in case I need to pull the head. Any suggestions of where this oil could be coming from? I"m a 2 cylinder Deere guy so this is all new to me.
