allis WC axle seals

Hello,
Does anyone know where i can find the inner axle seal the is inside the rear axle housing. I have found where i can get the big rubber seal for the final drive hub but not the inner seal. thanks for the info.

the seal I remember is a napa #19407 or national-450094

these are i.d = 1.938
o.d. 3.194
thick .313

I think there was another seal size on some of them, but I don't remember the #

How big of a job is it to replace the inter seal??
