worn king pin bushings w speed patrol

the king pins & bushings are in bad shape on my wc speed patrol. has arched front axle , is this same axle as wc wf. anyone know of source for these parts.

Can not help as to where to find them but the parts manual say the part # is U-48 for the bushing and U-46 for the pin and then there is a washer U-49. Sen me an e-mail and I can send you a scan of that page and others if you need

Pretty sure I have the original parts manual for an unstyled WC, with wide front. I could check to see if it matches what old shows.

I know of a machine shop that could make those king pins and bushings but not the thrust washer. Sure other shops could do it also.

thanks for all the info. could not find any factory pins or bushings. went to local machine shop that has been around for ever. he had 1 inch bolt grade 5 that is 7 inches behind threads cut off head & thread-- have king pin, have to mill grove for taper pin. he had bushing with correct od& id but were short, so I put 1 1/2 in each side after cutting grove and drilling hole for grease. cost less than $15.00

Checked the parts manual.....WC wide front and WF wide front axles are different, but the pins and bushings you mention are the same part numbers as what old said. My other suggestion would be to have the pins turned down true, and get bushing stock machined to fit. Guess you found a source- glad to hear that.
