CA, Rear seals and brake replacement

I have a 1953 Allis CA. When I put in the hydaulic fluid I can drive it around for about a day and the fluid is mostly gone. When I have the seals replaced, what else needs to be changed out while the rear end is opened? Brakes I am sure are soaked, etc.
To have all replaced, what kind of price are we talking?
Thanks,
Mike

I assume you mean its leaking by the differential bearings / alxe shaft on each side and then into the brake compartment ? From there it leaks out the water drain hole onto the ground ? Only leaks trans/ hydraulic fluid, not final drive gear lube ? With the seat platform off and floor, you can take one wheel off, pull the 4 nuts off the mouunting studs on the final drive and slide one outward. You dont have to disassemble the final drive. You can pull the brake shoes out the top and change seperate, not part of the seal changeout.

I replaced the hand clutch assembly on my 52 CA, and while I was in there I put a new seal inboard of the clutch to stop tranny fluid from seeping out, I decided to replace the seal on the left side also, being as the right side job wasn't that bad. after doing the seals and hand clutch I went ahead and put new brake bands in both sides, while I had the deck off. I don't remember the cost, but that don't count anyway, because you need the prices where you trade!

This YT site stocks CA brake bands for $51.98. I hope that is for two, but didn't show how many . The top left hand corner of your screen, has a place called market place, click on tractor parts and follow along with AC and then brake parts.
