CA Hydraulic pump

I am of the understanding that the CA Hyd. pump and the WD/WD45 are the same?
If so are both to have the 90 degree Ell for a pick up tube?
Had mine apart last winter cleaned it up and replaced some springs. Since then I saw one for sale off a WD45 with the pick up tube. Mine just had a hole.
Any Ideas? Thanks

certain parts are the same, but the pumps are not interchangble as a whole. Yours should have the pick up tube on it. LOL Bob

Thanks for the reply, after seeing the picture with the pickup tupe on the WD pump, it seems to make sense that it would have one(tube) to draw deeper from the fluid. When I tore mine apart I drained and cleaned and did not find any tube laying on the bottom. Oh well in the five years of owning this CA I have found many a strange things that were done in the past, but I do like working on and learning what makes these old fellas tic.
