coolant in the wrong place

just finished putting together the gas engine in my i600 backhoe when cranking over i get coolant out of the spark plug holes. that not good. i am thinking it is the head gasket because the is no coolant in the oil. what do you think?

thats about the only way to get to the combusition chamber without getting into the oil.
