asking price for a wd

I have a 1949 wd that I,am thinking about selling.Tractor has never failed me.Always starts & runs good.Just don,t need it anymore. The fenders have a few dings & the seat is not the best.Everthing works as it should.Like new tires on the rear.Just a good, hard working old tractor. What would be a fair price to ask for it?. Thanks Don

Narrow front, snap coupler, good rear rims around the valve stems? I'd say $800-$1,200. I know of a good WD45 wide front with factory power steering that the guy can't get $1,500 out of.

It has the two wheel narrow front,no snap coupler, rear rims are in very good shape.Brakes are very good, hand clutch works fine,Tractor dosn't have any lights.Hope this helps, Don

Bill Deppe in Maquoketa, IA has it. Deppe AC Salvage. 563-652-2949. May have been a NF, I forget at the moment. either way, I didn't think it was bad money.

For the OP, I'd say $800-$1000 would be fair. You can buy the snap coupler bell and front half of the drawbar for under $100 and be set.
