my tractor while I was running it the other day I went to shift my two speed lever and it dosnt shift any more its on a d 17 any ideas thanks

First thing to check on your Power Director lever (two speed) is the set screw at the bottom of the lever. It may have come loose allowing the lever to pivot on the shaft freely. Please report back on that first. Mike

the set screw is tight and the lever moves free it is like something has come loose inside

Next step is to pull the side inspection cover and work the lever and see what happens with the linkages from the lever to the shift collar. Mike

got the side panel off it turns on the inside and slides on the shaft looks like there is no parts on the bottom would like to know where I could get some pics so I know how this works thanks
