Finally Done!!!

After 22 months my dad and I finally finished my WD45. This is my first orange tractor as I have always been a green man before this. I acquired this tractor off a friend"s estate. He had just retired and 6 months later was killed in a motorcycle accident. He was the individual who introduced me to the local tractor club and let me drive my first big tractor which was a 1940 JD B (I have that tractor too!)

I do have a couple sets of rear wheel weights and one front set along with a snap coupler 3 bottom slatted plow, but they are not quite ready yet.

Very nice job! Looks like she used to have a loader and you swapped out for a wide front. Any major work done to the engine or transmission or bearings?

No. The engine and transmission were in great shape so we
decided not to open a can a worms. It did use to have a
loader, which I still have, but the only problem is the side
brackets you see in the first pic I laid them against the side of
my garage and someone decided to scrap them for me.

Gorgeous machine! That is a big accomplishment and something to be very proud of. I really like the addition of the wide front end. Nice nice work! AND a beautiful Tractor, make sure you get out and show it off a lot!

Omaha, NE area. I don't really need anymore weights, thanks! If you are the guy on eBay who usually lists parts on Sunday eve. then some of your stuff is already on this tractor.

What a beauty , nice work , she looks like mine with that wide front and you even painted the rims the proper color . Most guys paint the front rims aluminum but it's not original.--- have fun with her
