RC front rims

I am restoring an RC. I think it has original paint. My question is, when I was getting ready to sandblast the front rims, I noticed two, can't tell if they are blue or black, stipes around the rim. One on the first and second ledge from the tire. Would this have been factory? Thanks

Yes the RCs had two rows pin striping on the front wheels.

If the tractor is in good original condition it might be worth more if left unpainted, not many original RCs out there.

Oh, and the lines were black.

Our RC had these pin striped rims as did our similar vintage 1941 WC. Just finished a very correct restoration of the RC and had a local automotive pinstripe artist apply the proper dual black pinstripes. Kip
