Hello all can anyone help me find the rubber pieces that go on the valve cover bolts? You would think they come with a vc gasket.

My kit didnt come with them either. I had a few good original rubber pieces, but on the ones i didn't have i put silicone on a washer and sealed it up like that. That was 2 years ago and i haven't had any problems so far and it sits outside with no cover.

All I did was go to Ace Hardware (or equivalent) and buy some rubber washers.

Be careful when buying rubber washers, and O-rings
from hardware stores, because, while they are
usually compatable with plumbing, or water, they
may not be compatable with Petroleum products !
And the college graduate who works at the hard-
ware store, because he couldn't find a teaching
job, won't have a clue if you ask !
