wd seems to miss/backfire

I have a wd allis that seems to miss/pop when you try to open it up from idle to wide open it also does the same thing when it is wide open and you put your foot on the brakes to make it have to work I"ve changed the plugs wires the plugs and my father has taken the carb apart and cleaned it . the tractor does sit a bit but I can"t figure it out it does have a magneto on it and I don"t now much about them if anyone could give me some ideas greatly appreciated thank you

Check firing order should be 1-2-4-3 Other than that it is a timing problem.

Most likely you need to turn MORE fuel to it (Open the Power screw 1/2 Turn) and see if that helps..
Make sure there is NO water in the Sediment bowl..even one drop can cause mine to miss under load..

Always give an AC a chance to warm up, or they will be "Cold-Blooded" and stall, etc..

also check for air leaks around intake manifold gaskets. I hope we all can help!

I would like to thank everyone that gave me help on my wd I got it running good again almost as a good as our 45 we have. the problem was the valves were set way to tight after an adjustment the old carrot runs like a top again thanks again to the people that tried to help me
