Value of a late model B?

I have a lead on a 1956 B with an adjustable wide front, side weights, and a distributer rather than a magneto. Tires are good, tin and paint is good. Rear rims are poor due to fluid leaks. What would be a fair price?

Saw a nicely restored B ,crank start ,go for $900 recently.

Out here in western Washington, it would go for $800.00 to $1200. depending on how scared the buyer is, of the poor rims. Actually rims are easy to get, and don't break the bank, to purchase.
