Does the CA have an adjustment on the hand clutch, When the seals and bearings where replaced the hand clutch was re-worked,it was rusted and in-operable. Now on a hard pull the tractor just stops. Any ideas? thanks

Yes there is an adjustment . The instructions are in the manual, it's been several years since I adjusted one. IIRC, There is a notched collar with a locking bolt, take the bolt out and turn the collar to adjust the clutch.

The clutch HAS to be checked for clearance before putting back in the tractor. If it has too much clearance when disengaged, it won't a pull when engaged. The casting needs cut back to limit clearance. That is the biggest problem with the CA hand clutch next to seals leaking and making them slip.
