I"m sure you"ve heard that any crawler is a money pit.....via tracks. Pins, bushings, sprockets. Specs? check out "crawler heaven.com". Also check out "acmoc". Shows where and how to measure. Pointy sprockets are not good, nor flats on the pins. Yeah, can be turned. Other issue- loader, not a dozer,.....pushing snow? Dozers push, loader buckets....well, they (you) bucket it out. Bucket at a time, just like a farm tractor with a loader. Dozers have angle cleats for tracks, for traction,....loaders have relatively smooth shoes (pads).
Tractor/skidloader with snow blower is better option to keep roads open. Blowing snow away doesn"t leave a windrow along the driveway to drift more back in. Skidloader is a year-round machine.
